Embark on a FROZEN Adventure! Our Family Winter Reading Program kicks off Monday, January 6th and runs through Monday, February 17, 2020. Participants could win a Family Zoo Membership to either the Columbus or Toledo Zoo! All ages and families are welcome to participate.
Get rewarded for reading and spending time together as a family this winter. Pop into one our six libraries any time to pick up a Family playing sheet and start playing! Each playing card has challenges listed in a table of squares. Family members work together to accomplish challenges and initial each box they complete. Finish any 18 of the 30 squares in any order and bring your sheet back into the library to enter for a chance to win a Family Zoo Membership to winner's choice of Columbus Zoo & Aquarium or Toledo Zoo & Aquarium!
There is no limit to how many cards your family can complete by Mon. Feb. 17. As you complete a sheet, stop in to enter for the prize and pick up a new sheet to keep the fun going throughout the season. Families of only adults are welcome to play as well as those with young children.
Playing sheets vary. Examples of challenges may include: Play a Board Game, Read in an Unusual Place, Attend a Library Program, Try a New Recipe with a Library Cookbook, and many more! All completed cards must be entered by 7:30pm on Feb. 17. Contact your library for more information and stop into to get started. Your FROZEN Adventure begins now!
