Get ready for the Summer Reading Program this year with a PARTY from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Come get your face painted or receive a washable tattoo, along with a balloon animal. "ELSA" will also be here to greet you. Hotdogs and cookies will be provided while supplies last.
